Formerly known as the Delfinarion, the Menandrion Theatre of Piraeus is a theatre designed as a copy of its predecessor.

Used to stage large-scale productions during the summer, its most popular productions are comedic skits focusing on social and political issues. This is particularly fitting, since the 1,000-seat theatre was named after Menander, an ancient writer of comedy.
